Aaron started out in arboriculture (the study of trees) as a young man who just couldn't imagine doing anything other than climbing trees for work. He followed that passion through mastery of his climbing skills, into furniture making and back into the urban forest where he has become an expert in Tree & Plant Health Care.
Kyle is an outstanding young man who found us after a very satisfying career in outdoor education for at risk youth and young adults. He has become a highly valued team player and excelled at everything he does with us. We always count on Kyle for a great attitude and a light heart while working hard and safe.
Tom has a Bachelor of Science with a major in forestry. He is yet another guy who shines with love for what he does and has an infectiously great attitude everyday.
Dave adds many years of experience from all over the country to our team. He is meticulous in his work ethic and methodology which makes Dave an excellent arborist whether he is figuring out the most efficient way to prune a tree or hot on the trail of discovering why the leaves are turning brown on your Elm tree. ODB!
Eliot holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Forestry from the University of California at Davis. After college he spent five years working for a ski resort in California. He left his position as Assistant Mountain Operations Manager to come work with us and pursue his passion for trees once again. He has proven to be a valuable asset to our team.
Adam has been a practicing Arborist for ten years. He has a rich understanding of both trimming and pest and disease issues with trees. As a crew leader and PHC tech he is a wonderful addition to our team.
Kelli is the hub of our operation and does an amazing job. She is very personable with everyone that she deals with and she deals with a lot of folks, from employees to customers, vendors and more! We are so happy to have her on our team and the next time you talk to her you will know why.
Young Emery has taken a liking to tree climbing and arboriculture like few do. He brings talent and enthusiasm to our team everyday. He has a son that was born January 2011 and is turning out to be a great dad too!
Evan has a background in commercial fishing in Alaska. His work ethic is strong and his love for rock climbing transcends nicely into our climber training program.

Josh has developed a passion for Pant Health Care. You will find him examining trees all over Boulder county and discussing the best options for treatment when a plant has an issue.
